Upon purchasing ShipSecure, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

  • Use the boilerplate code for unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • Modify and customize the code for your specific needs
  • Create derivative works based on the boilerplate for your own use

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the boilerplate code or create competing products based on it.

3. AI Setup Wizard & Free Trial

Our AI Setup Wizard is provided as a preview feature with the following terms:

  • Free Trial: Each account receives one (1) free AI configuration generation.
  • Unlimited Access: ShipSecure customers receive unlimited AI generations.
  • AI-Generated Content: Configurations generated by AI are provided "as-is" and may require review and customization.
  • Fair Use: The service is subject to rate limiting to prevent abuse.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI Setup Wizard is created using third-party AI models (OpenAI). While we strive for quality, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing all generated content before use in production.

5. Disclaimer

The materials on ShipSecure are provided on an 'as is' basis. ShipSecure makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitations

In no event shall ShipSecure or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ShipSecure, even if ShipSecure has been notified of the possibility of such damage.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final. We offer full access to documentation and support to help you get started. If you encounter technical issues, please contact us before your purchase.
